The guest and/or lessee inhabiting any property managed by Dyer Management llc agree to the following rules: 1. Dyer Management llc will refund half the total or amount deposited for cancellations made 60 days prior to the reservations. No refunds will be granted on cancellations made within 14 days of a reservation, unless specifically authorized by a managing member of Dyer Management, LLC. 2. The Landlords are at zero liability for any personal injury and property damage caused by the stay at the booked unit. 3. At any given time with cause, the landlords have the option to evict without refund tenants violating state and federal laws, and violating "House Rules" as stated in the Channel Manager rental agreement.
