Largest space at this complex. Those looking for the true "I live on Broadway" experience, look no further than this apartment. This is definitely the coolest unit at this apartment. The previous tenant installed their own loft space in this lovely 3 bed room, 1 bath space on historic 2nd Ave. The apartments look over 2nd Ave and The Wild Horse Saloon. You are at the corner of Broadway and 2nd Ave. 4 blocks from the Bridgestone Area, a short walk over the Shelby Street Bridge to Nissan Stadium, and 5.5 blocks to the Music City Center. These are historic apartments. Meaning that they are a bit larger than typical downtown apartments. Come with all the amenities: memory foam mattresses, full kitchen, bathroom supplies, linens, hair dryer, and coffee maker with K-Cups. The room is presented in modern chic with exposed brick and full large windows that look out over 1st Avenue. WALK, use city bikes, or take share transportation (Uber). We have 8 units at this property, so if you have a larger party please let us know. 

While Dyer strives for great reviews and memories, the building has a lot of character, the windows are older, units are set up as efficiencies, and it is not a hotel. You will want to stay here because the proximity to everything downtown. There will be ambient noise on the weekdays and weekends. We will validate for 1 car at the garage. Should you need more parking, there is a lot across the street for $40/day. We suggest walking or using alternative transportation. Dyer looks forward to showing you a good time in Nashvegas!
